boot problems on a 3600

we have a 3600 started from flash (without memory card) and after erase startup-conf i cant take console. Can anybody help me?

what is that you get ehn you connect to console

make sure you have the right baud. You may have had it set higher than 9600 before the erase of the config.

Use 9600 and see if that helps.
