Action taken:
- Remove and re-type the boot system command
- Delete and re-copy the IOS version
- Reboot the system thrice after doing the above
- Perform the verify /md5

Hi,
Please check for configuration as:
1. Is new IOS is available on Slavedisk0, if not then copy it?
2. Is redundancy is working fine?
If you have done tasks successfully then you have to forcefully switchover to redundancy and make current standby SE to active SE. After that, you need to follow all steps again to make new bootloader.
Follow the below steps and you will get success.

Thanks for your reply, I can see we had set the Boot variable correctly but still its not showing correctly for SP.
