Hi,

Please check for configuration as:

1. Is new IOS is available on Slavedisk0, if not then copy it?

2. Is redundancy is working fine?

If you have done tasks successfully then you have to forcefully switchover to redundancy and make current standby SE to active SE. After that, you need to follow all steps again to make new bootloader.

Follow the below steps and you will get success.
