BPDUGUARD VS BPDUFILTER

Hi 

if we have already set this command " spanning-tree portfast defautl" on a port fa0/2

which command we should enter to prevent BPDU transmission ?

If it's an edge port, you often pair BPDUGuard with PortFast, but if you just want to filter BPDU transmissions, you can use BPDUFilter.  I believe, the latter though, can set you up for a L2 loop, so it should be used with great care.

yes I agree with Joesph the latter I see it has disabling STP which isn't a good option unless you wish to do so!
