Hi to all

i have a problem in my cisco router 2911 ios ver.15 its make reload every 3 hours and when i showing version the result is :

Do you have support you need to TAC that , those PC bus errors can usually only be diagnosed by them

first thing i would try is upgarde the software if no support as they can be software or hardware issues , i ran the sh ver through the CLI analyzer i would do the same with the whole sh tech if you have no support as the sh ver only states its definilty a bus error , the tech may give the bug id or full issue

IOS is a "T" train. I'd recommend loading an "M" train IOS for stability.

TAC maybe able to tell you what triggered it if you provide them a show tech , there is not enough information there to say what caused it yet , first you need to dicipher the PC outputs in the sh version as there an indicator of the issue you faced

Hi

Yes but its still occurring correct rebooting every 3 hours as per your oroiginal post , you have PC errors still in show version still ? take the full show tech and open it with TAC they will explain exactly what the PC error is, its your best chance of finding out what happened , those PC errros mean something but usually on;ly TAC or someone in Cisco has the exsct details of what they mean , usually there not made public

first thing is get off the software if its rebooting every 3 hours to try and fix it but take a full copy of the show tech first so you have the PC errrors and something to provide TAC

that software is 5 years old try 15.5.3M6 which is one of the recommended MD software currently for that platform if its constantly rebooting still
