Error during load configuration.

I have looked at the file that you posted and it appears to be incomplete. It shows attempts to do some configuration and it makes me wonder what was happening before this screen buffer.

What I am seeing suggests that you are attempting to configure Catalyst switch type commands on an IOS device. You can not configure a VLAN interface on an IOS router and you can not configure switchport commands on an IOS router.

Perhaps if you explain what you are trying to accomplish with this we could help you find a way to get it to work.
