Hi,
I have a question about C3750E switch.
IOS image :c3750e-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE4.bin
Receive a lot of log event about" Failed to send hrpc non blocking message".
I have seen some related information.
ex.
https://community.cisco.com/t5/switching/3750x-failed-to-send-hrpc-non-blocking-message/td-p/2300551
But the status is different.
Does anybody have some idea what the cause for this message could be and/or how to track it down?
Thanks
Mike

i would investgate on the Physcail cables if any issue with fibres ? or any other patches.
still not solved, then as suggested upgrade and test ( i know given the situation you can not reboot) - if you like to be pro-active then explian management before it becocme disaster and service interuption, go with Maintenance window and upgrade.
Cisco Star image - Release 15.2.4E10 MD
Read the realse notes
backup the config out of the box.
make backup plan in case of any issue arrises due to upgrade.

Reboot the switch/stack or upgrade the firmware.

Hi Leo,
Due to it's production enviroment it is not allowed reboot switch/stack
if i upgrade the firmware which verison should i choose ?
What else might cause this log and is there any solution without upgrade and reboot ?
Thanks

Hi BB
Thanks a lot for reply.
But I should find the cause of log without changing any settings, including the fiber.
Have any official information for that explains the problem caused by the version or fiber?
How do I know which fiber is the problem?
Thanks.

The latest 15.0(2)SE train is not bad.
Agree with @balaji.bandi and the latest 15.2(4)E is also good.
