Hi,
Client replaced a switch from 3750 to 35850 and got problems with port-security.
%PORT_SECURITY-2-PSECURE_VIOLATION
That is more interesting:
Security Violation Count : 0
It's not increased.
WS-C3850-48T 03.03.01SE
port config on old 3750:
interface GigabitEthernet1/0/3
switchport access vlan 500
switchport mode access
switchport port-security maximum 2
switchport port-security
switchport port-security aging time 2
switchport port-security violation restrict
switchport port-security aging type inactivity
no mdix auto
spanning-tree portfast
spanning-tree bpduguard enable
port config on 3850:
interface GigabitEthernet1/0/3
switchport access vlan 500
switchport mode access
switchport port-security maximum 10
switchport port-security
switchport port-security aging time 2

switchport port-security aging type inactivity
no mdix auto
spanning-tree portfast

Ugis -
I know this is an ancient thread, but did you ever get it resolved? I am experiencing this exact issue currently.
Thanks.
Jim.
