C3850 stack licenses add to new switch

Hello Community!
We have the existing stack where one member (#4) is dead and have to be replaced
My question is:
When the new switch will be added the licensees on existing stack will be mismatch
How to upgrade the new member switch licensees for the same licensees on existing stack?

 I put the command in the other post not sure if you saw

1.    license right-to-use activate{ipbase |ipservices | lanbase} {all | evaluation all } [slot slot-number] [ acceptEULA]

2.    reload [ LINE | at | cancel | in | slot stack-member-number | standby-cpu ]

3.    show license right-to-use usage [ slot slot-number ]

You are using ipbase, as per you show version you shared

 license right-to-use activate ipbase  all   [slot slot-number]  acceptEULA

For some reason the switch I have has no such command:

Switch#license ?
smart Smart licensing
but it has next:
Switch(config)#license boot level ?
ipbasek9 License Level IPBASEK9
ipservicesk9 License Level IPSERVICESK9
lanbasek9 License Level LANBASEK9

The stack has licensees:
C3850_48_Ipbase (C3850-48 IP Base) 3 AUTHORIZED

So .... If I'll use the command:
Switch(config)#license boot level ipbasek9
Is this command will upgrade the licensees on new switch to the same level that existing stack has?
