C3850 upgrade failed

Hello.

I have a problem with the C3850 Switch OS upgrade.

The model is WS-C3850-48T-S and we are looking to upgrade the software version from 03.07.05E to 16.12.07.
03.07.05E is installed in Install mode.

I entered the order of the commands below to proceed with the work.
Switch#software cleans
Switch#software install file flash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.07.SPA.bin new force

However, the upgrade failed because the log below appeared.

[ 1]: Starting install operation
[ 1]: Expanding bundle flash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.07.SPA.bin.
[ 1]: %Failed to expand flash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.07.SPA.bin. Operation aborted.
[ 1]: %Failed to extract consolidated content. Operation aborted.
[ 1]: %An internal error was encountered. Operation aborted.

How should I solve the above problem?
I need your advice.

 - This bug report is a bit similar ; it might not be directly relevant but I would  start by verifying the md5sum of the to-be installed software : https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuu10600

1. as suggested check the image integirity ?

2. Do you have enough space on the disk ? check dir flash:

try :

#software install file flash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.07.SPA.bin new verbose (this give you more information)

also post show version and dir flash:

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

1. dir
2. sh version
