c4510 with redudancy Supervisor 7E crash

Hi all,

Our company's c4510 with redudancy supervisor 7E just been crashed, first the master then the slave. Would you please take a look and advice what should I do ? Attachment is the crashinfo (for both supervisor).

Hello,

I would really encourage you to open Service Request with Cisco TAC for this case. It is not only for a purpose of goot analysis and tracebacks decode. TAC is also documenting all the occurrencies which can be used later. Other thing is that TAC has a good interface with Development team if detailed analysis of the problem will be needed.

Please let me know if you have problems opening TAC SR.
