I got an error  %C4K_SWITCHMANAGER-4-S2WERRORREPORT: PimEthAutoNeg: S2w Read/Write Error on the 4506 and reseating the card worked for me,  I know that it is related to causiing problems with power on phone but I would like to know the core reason why the port fails for R/W

Is this code related ?
