We have 2 x WS-C6506-E supervisor (VS-S720-10G-3CXL, integrated FWSM) running VSS, planning to upgrade 

which is the best model, pls advice me

How to migrate VSS switches?

First off, FWSM is dead.  There is no blade replacement.  

Next, if you need to upgrade or replace the existing VSS chassis then there are two options:  9500 or the 9600.

Which one to get will depend entirely on the budget and the speed/density.
