Hello,
I have 2 C6807XL switches works as a VSS , recently i installed 10G-32Port module on both switches , but i noticed the switch become slow ( when i telnet it take few seconds to accept command) .
i tried to find out if there is any error on 10G interfaces but i found nothing ..
i am not sure if the problem from the new 10G module or the switch is overloaded because i am running DMVPN, OSPF, and EIGRP , and the uplinks to the ISPs is 1G , and the downlinks to DC FWs is 4x10G ( from new module , 2 Portchannels )
any help will be appreciated

Have you tried to re-seat the 32-port module ? It is possible that the module is not seated properly and is causing issues on the backplane bus, which could cause high CPU. Is it possible to try another slot in the chassis ?

@MHM Cisco World >...try reset the module first
- If the problem is related to bad seating of the module , then the module reset command will have no impact on the problem.

I know reset not solve the bad seating, but I talk about change the module slot, so I mention to reset to check then if failed he can use different slot.

i will try that today after working hours because that will cause outage for some network parts ,,
i forgot to mention this , i install the modules first in the slot 4 then i removed and install it on slot 6. when i run " show ip interface br" i am still seeing the ports in both slots 4 and 6 : Te1/4/1-32 and Te1/6/1-32 .
