Dear Team,

One of the module on switch 2 in VSS is not powered on. I am getting following logs. What can be the issue? I have rebooted the switch 2 but still the same. Shall I remove the card and insert again?

Hi Abhisar,

From the logs message, it looks like a power converter failure on the module, mostly its a hardware issue .  but you can try reseat the module once (remove and insert it back).

If its not came up then you have to replace the module.

Dear Suresh,

Thank you for the comment. I am planning for removing and inserting the module. I will let you know the status after that.

Thank You,

Abhisar
