The most commonly used SFP+ transceiver is the SFP-10G-SR-S which uses OM3 or OM4 rated multimode fiber (aqua-colored). However, if I were in your shoes I would call Nutanix and verify if their adapter is compatible with the SFP-H10GB-CU1M twinax cable (available in 1, 2, 3, and 5 meter lengths) as this is a less expensive solution.
