Hello Team,

I have connected 12 Cisco C9115AXI-D model access points to a C9200L-24PXG-4X PoE switch, which is added in a stack configuration. However, the access points keep going down repeatedly. What could be causing this issue?

Of the AP going up and down, check the on the switch, do you have enough Power ?

Also check on the switch any obnormal activity like spanning tree issue or BPDU which may have some of the causes.

on WLC what do you see the Logs ?

 - Check logs on the switch stack and look for potential issues with the ports (connections)

Is this happening to all 12 APs or just a few?

What is the firmware of the AP?

What is the firmware of the switch?
