After reloading the c9300X-48TX and checking the show logging, the following message is displayed:

GRACEFUL-RELOAD: Wrong state: 0 to receive chasfs event:

Could you please explain the meaning of this message and its impact on functionality? It would be helpful if there are any documents that describe this.
