C9200L Config Not Saving on Reboot

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a C9200L-24T-4X-E-RF switch. I'm setting it up using the following commands but it seems the configuration is not being saved between reboot.

switch: boot flash:/cat9k_lite_iosxe.17.03.05.SPA.bin
Switch>enable
Switch#config t
Switch(config)#boot system flash:/cat9k_lite_iosxe.17.03.05.SPA.bin
Switch(config)#end
Switch#copy run start
Switch#wr
Switch#reload

I expect to be rebooted into IOS-XE at the Switch> prompt but I'm brought back to switch:

I had the same problem and I fixed it by getting into rommon and at the prompt type:SWITCH_IGNORE_STARTUP_CFG=0

Then reboot.
