el.wang,
Yes, IPv4 Port ACLs are supported with 9200/9200L. Please reference the IPv4 ACLs chapter of the 9200 Configuration Guide at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst9200/software/release/17-3/configuration_guide/sec/b_173_sec_9200_cg/configuring_ipv4_acls.html . That one is for IOS XE 17.3.
If you require the configuration guide for a different release, please see https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/switches/catalyst-9200-r-series-switches/products-installation-and-configuration-guides-list.html .

Hello,
just out of curiosity, as I was looking at the same guide you have linked, does that mean that port ACLs are by default supported in Essentials ? I could not find any reference to whether you needs Essentials or Advantage...

Georg,
Yes, they are. Go to https://cfnng.cisco.com/ . Click the "Browse" box and then search by Switching product 9200L. Choose any release (I choose 16.12.1 for the oldest one in the tool) and Universal Network Essentials license. Click the Browse button and then filter with "port-based". You should see "Port-Based ACLs (PACLs)".
