C9200L TrustSec Switch-to-Switch Link Security in Manual Mode?

Hi all !!! I have a question. I found information that we can configure TrustSec Switch-to-Switch Link Security in Manual Mode on the uplink interface C9200L: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst9200/software/release/16-10/configuration_guide/sec/b_1610_sec_9200_cg/macsec_encryption.html

Accordingly, is TrustSec part of the Network Essentials license or do I need a Network Advantage license?

Trustsec or MACsec is part of Network Essential license.

see table-10 in this link and look for MACsec
