c9300-24s-e LICENCE issue

Hi,

1.We did order for switch--c9300-24s-e and now we want advantage licence for adding VRF so Can we order separate advantage licecne in c9300-24s-e to make it c9300-24s-a?

2.Can we create VRF on switch--c9300-24s-e i.e. essential licence switch?
