I have a C9300 in a SDA network (underlay overlay affair with DNAC & ISE). When I issue the command 'show device classifier attached', I can see several devices all associated to an interface that is down. The interface itself has been configured as a trunk with no other configuration apart from device-tracking:
interface TenGigabitEthernet2/1/8
switchport mode trunk
device-tracking attach-policy IPDT_POLICY
Why would it list a bunch of devices attached to the interface when issuing the command 'show device classifier attached interface tengig2/1/8'?
