Hi.
We have some challanges with the memory utilization. Whith the command : show platform software status control-processor brief, we are getting : "1-RP0 Warning". Frst thing that has been done is to get the telemetry connection status "active", it was in connecting status. But even when the status is active, the memory alloction is not falling. Software version is 17.06.05. Is it a software bug ? Any recommendation to lower the memory utilization ? Can`t find a sort of "Best practice" for this scenario.
Someone perhpas had same excperince, and solved it ?

In my humble opinion, I find IOS-XE to be very buggy. Just about anything can trigger a memory leak with IOS-XE.
Web search for "cisco memory leak pubd" and there is a very long list of bugs features about memory leaks triggered by DNAC "telemetry". Unfortunately, memory leak bugs features will not be fixed. Every firmware version will have, a minimum of two, causes of memory leaks. Cisco does not like to mention "DNAC" in Bug IDs and, instead, substitutes it with "telemetry" (among other words).
Make it a point to reboot the 9300 (all of them) every 12 months is probably this is one known bug identified. Upgrading to different version(s) will only introduce more uncertain, unknown bugs with various degrees of severity.
(Cold-reboot is better.)

Post the complete output to the following commands:
