C9500-16X unable to take remote session(SSH) and slow perfomance

kindly help me out on this issue..unable to perform SSH and the console is working-and very slow performance as well.

This little bit of bug, try to go upper code were possible like 17.3.X 

Thre are 2 issues, 1 is slow another 1 ssh, let's look both in different

1. SSH have you setup ssh config ( so post-show run from here)

2. Slow in the console ? depends on terminal emulators.

Slowness means not only during the console access entire performance is very slow, as you said that could be bug issue due to old ios version.

for the SSH issue do you require any logs to analyze?

show ip ssh

check VTY lines configured

as i pointed post  (config here - issue a command show run
