Hi,
The C9500-24X-A datasheet appears to be perplexing to me, thus I'd like to seek your advice.
- When will it be taken off support or discontinued?
Thank you very much for all of your help.

Cisco standard support when you buy new switch, then you need to add a support model.
if you looking for EOL ..just release these models has a long life.

NOTE: This is my personal opinion and not NDA-like info from Cisco.
So many factors at play here ...
9500 has another two to three years before Cisco will announce the replacement, Catalyst 7k. If the replacement is not a flop, like what happened to the 3650/3850 and 5760, the EoS will usually follow 12 to 18 months after the announcement has been made.
VERY IMPORTANT: If something needs to be purchased, buy it now. Do not wait until the end of January 2022 because you will be very, very sorry. (Read between the lines.)
