I am really confused on the C9500-32QC.
Can I covert any pair of 40Gb ports to a single 100Gb or are there restrictions?
Example ...document says 32 of 40G ports or 16 or 100Gb ports....
then it also says you can have 24 40Gb ports and 4 100Gb ports.....????
Can I just convert two (any two) 40Gb ports into a 100 Gb port??
Example ports 5 and 6 - make a 100Gb port on 5 and 6 is disabled, ports 13 and 14 - make a 100Gb port on 13 and 14 is disabled.
Why is this so difficult for them to explain in English.

Hi, Good Day !!
In C9500-32QC; The default status of the 40 GigabitEthernet and 100 GigabitEthernet interfaces is as below:
Port numbers 25 to 32 are active as 100 GigabitEthernet interfaces, by default. The corresponding 40 GigabitEthernet interfaces for these ports become inactive. To enable the 40 GigabitEthernet interfaces on these ports - 25 to 32, use the no enable command on the 100 GigabitEthernet interface.
Thanks...
