Hello Guys,
We are facing latencies on our LAN. we have a WS-C3750X-48PF-S switch with poe and phones in it.
I would like to test the cables by cable-diagnostics tdr.
SW-FRPAU-X00I1B-AUSR#sh cable-diagnostics tdr interface Gi1/0/11
TDR test last run on: February 07 10:51:16
Interface Speed Local pair Pair length Remote pair Pair status
--------- ----- ---------- ------------------ ----------- --------------------
Gi1/0/11 100M Pair A N/A N/A Not Completed
Pair B N/A N/A Not Completed
Pair C N/A N/A Not Completed
Pair D N/A N/A Not Completed
Gi1/0/11 connected 50 a-full a-100 10/100/1000BaseTX
Does any one know why it 's Not Completed please ?
Many thanks,

Hi
have your tried the below from the doc ? if you connect direct to the switch bypass the patch panel does it work ?
Not completed, on a Catalyst 3K, usually means the TDR result couldn't be continued because the cable run is bad.
Disconnect the patch cable from the patch panel and run the TDR again.
Looks like there are bugs as well for that model depending on version , if nothing else works it may be worth changing your version depending what your on

Why not answer the question MR. CCIE? The provided link does NOT answer the question. If you don't know the answer then don't reply.
Sorry to be critical but I hate non-answers to legitimate questions not all professionals can afford to purchase the Cert you have. Doesn't mean we aren't qualified just no time or money to afford to take the time off to work on certs
