Call begin/connection cleared event are not triggered in CTI Server UCCE 11.6 when caller is in queue

Hi,

In UCCE 9.x CTI Server, we used CTI protocol version 9 for receive the call begin/call connection clear event when the caller is queued/disconnected in the queue.

 

In UCCE 11.6 CTI Server, This functionality is not working. we changed the CTI Protocol Version 9 to 19, Still call begin/call connection clear event is not received in the client application when the call is in queue as well as disconnected in the queue.

Call begin/call connection clear event is received only when the call received in the Agent desktop.

Can you please let us know, if there any setting do we need to configure in the CTI Server 11.6.
