Can I delete a virtual line in WS-C3650-24PS switch

Is this the correct CLI to manage Vty lines.

I got error when I issued no line vty 0 3

Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.

sing85-1sw4(config)#no line vty 0 3

% Can't delete last 16 VTY lines

Depending on your IOS version, you cannot remove the default 5 or 16 VTY lines - in your case 16. While you cannot remove these lines, you can make them inoperable by entering the following.

line vty 0 3

no exec
