Can I stack these switches

and

SW C9200L-24P-4X    Version 17.03.04b  Image CAT9K_LITE_IOSXE

The switches can be stack as long as: 

1. All switch members must be on the same, exact software version. 
2. Install Mode or Bundle Mode and not both.

those 2 versions are really close; it should work; try it and let us know;  

there is software update option where one switch updates the other one.  you can force auto update if not set up.

Depends on who is being asked. 

Cisco's response is, yes.  Maximum is 8 units per stack. 

My response is, no.  Unofficially, starting from 16.10.X, up to 16 units can be stacked.
