Can ICMP be prioritized in Cisco 3750G?

We have couple of 3750 switches in stack. In the 2nd switch there are some SVIs configured. The SVIs go through packet drops at times and the switch becomes unreachable. This packet drop happens only with SVI and not with IP addresses assigned to any physical interface. TAC has been engaged and it has been found that the Ping headed to the CPU (to the SVIs) are treated by the switch as a Low-priority packets.

In some higher end Cisco devices we can prioritize ICMP traffic. Can the same be done in 3750 as well?

I don't see control plane policing/protection on any of my 3750x switches

the only other way is maybe use a standard policy/class map and prioritize icmp that way
