Can't ping default gateway and other devices

I am unable to ping the default gateway and other devices, however i am able to ping the loopback ip from the computers/laptops, i have attached the packet tracer file to this discussion

what is the password for the router ?

I can ping 172.18.0.2 from 172.18.2.99. From which IP address to which IP address can you NOT ping ?
