Hi,
No, Cisco switches don't have the option. When you enter a command it will take effect immediately.

Only reload can be scheduled.

we have cisco prime if you have money you can invest on that from which you can do some kind of scheduling.

yes.
you can save startup-config and reload at any preconfigured time
how to do it?
copy start tftp
edit file
copy tftp start
reload at hh:mm
I did so several times because I can not do configuration changes in production time, only in night time
or you can use eem script
or you can execute third party script like telnet script or ssh script

A variation of what Tagir and others have suggested would be to instead of doing a scheduled reload, bundle your config changes into a separate file, stored on local flash and then have an EEM script, at the desired time, copy the local flash file to the running config.

Any cisco documents how to do it or set of commands.

For the configuration file, all you need to do is build the commands, off-line, save, and then copy (via tftp or FTP) to device flash. Then what you want the EEM script to do is just (something like) "copy flash:filename running-config".
I've done very, very little with EEM, but there's another forum for it. You can ask EEM questions there.
