Can we tranfer smart licenses to approach license ?

Dear All

I have 1 cisco prime for customer and that use smart licenses account other partner but i would like to add licenses  approach  (PAK) to Cisco prime how to i do it ?

1. convert my license to smart account but my license it go to account other partner

2. convert smart account license to PAK

3. install mix license smart account and PAK licenses

to convert smart-licenses back to traditional licencing (2) you need to contact Cisco.

there is no on-line tool to do this.

I don't think you can mix licenses (3), the procedure for (1) will be:

- convert your own PAK based licenses to smart licensing, using your own account!

- your partner needs to delegate your account access to (a selection of ) their licenses registered on their account
  so they still own the license, but you get access to it

- then you can add those license to your Prime environment
