cannot acess web interface in my cisco switch

Hi 

 

I have upgrade my WS-C2960-24TT-L Switch firmware to version 12.2(55)SE12 using tftp app  but unfortunately i cannot access web interface anymore.

what might be a problem.?

 

please help..

Because the HTML files are not loaded.

Post the complete output to the command "sh boot" and it will, most likely, point to the BIN file found in the main sub-directory.

 - Make sure to install software (version) denoted as with web based dev mgr , when downloading from Cisco site.
