Hello.

I'd like to configure one more subinterface on ASA 5510 with the vlan number that already has been assigned to another subinterface.

When I've tried  to configure vlan 5 (initially assigned to Fa 0/0.4. )for new subinterface (Fa 0/0.5)  and i get respose:

ERROR: VLAN 5 has been assigned to another interface

Is there any way to do this?

No there isn't. Why do you need the same vlan assigned to 2 subinterfaces ?
