Hi,
The first 2 statements in the boot string are incorrect - first is missing the file system and 2nd simply points to non-existing file.
Please change the bootstring and collect the boot sequence logs during the reload (connect via console and enable logging to file):
conf t
boot system flash bootflash:cat4500-entservicesk9-mz.122-53.SG2_2.bin
end
wr
show bootvar
reload
Kind Regards,
Ivan

In regards to loading the new image, there are several ways to do that, e.g. from ROMMON or IOS mode. See the steps for that in this guide:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst4500/release/note/OL_9592.html#wp305142
I recommend to boot into IOS file you already have first and then load the one you need to run on the switch, as it is easier comparing to upgrade from ROMMON.
Kind Regards,
Ivan
