Cannot configure Layer 2 Multicast Snooping on WS-C3850-48T

Hi all

We have a receiver, which stream data over multicast stream to our system.

No I got a problem, I cannot configure the multicast snoopin on the WS-C3850-48T.

If I do that on a simple HPE OfficeConnect 1820 with webGUI I can just simply activate multicast snooping and multicast querier on that VLAN 1 and that's it!

But on the Cisco switch C3850 I do not know, why the stream is not sending.

The port is blinking green/orange.

I just configured the switch as like that.

Global: ip igmp snooping

Global: ip igmp snooping querier

I can see the igmp group in the "sh ip igmp snooping groups" command.

I also tried to configured the vlan 1 again with an vlan 1 ip address, but it is still not working.

I hope someone can help me quickly.

Yes, i can ping each other without problems.

I currently try to install the environment in the lab, but the physical access to the lab is only permitted with a permission. I try my best to get the information and come back to you asap!
