Help!
I have a new client that has quite a few SG300-10P switches they want to keep in service for several more years. They haven't upgraded them since image 1.1.2.0. I can no longer find any record of, or images for the SG300-10Ps when searching for the firmware on the Cisco site. I only find updates for the SG300-10PP. I haven't even heard of the PP. What is the difference? Do they even share the same firmware? I tried to use on of the PP images but it would error out. Not sure if it was just because I also have an old boot-loader/ code?
Thank you for the help!

Hello,
the PP model is an enhancement to the P model. I have found the below comparison table, which shows the differences:

I was able to use the SG300-10PP images to upgrade the 10P so all is well now. I still don't know what the difference is between the two models though.
