Cant able to access Switch from consule, Black screen

I am having Cisco Catalyst 9300 switch, by mistake i removed vlan

Now can't able to access Switch 

I tried to connect with console port but showing black screen 

Restarted the switch with console cable conencted

Showing error and got stuck

Not able to go to config mode and add vlan

Please help me

Previously switch working fine, from the configuration i have removed ip from the vlan,

Now not able to access the switch

Tried to add using connect console cable but showing blank screen 

Rebooted the switch while console cable connected it showing some logs related to booting switch

But later it getting failed and cant able to go to config mode

I dont know how to config the ip in vlan because not going to config mode

It two separate issue I think (it can be relate)

 you remove IP of vlan use for aaa authc

This make console failed.

Mr.Leo is excellent and can help ypu to access your SW again.
