Capture traffic on Nexus 7000?

Hello,

I have a Nexus 7004, there are 2 VDCs (first VDC is admin and second VDC is my distribution switch). There is one port e4/25 on my second VDC which I'd like to capture its traffic. Nexus 7k has feature called Ethanalyzer but I'm not sure how to use it here in my case. Can I have some example commands for my case? any other advises are appreciated.

What do you mean by ideas? Do you want to know how to capture the traffic if yes then please check the below link:-

Tinhnho,

Etheranlyzer is used to capture the traffic which are punted towards the cpu it will not capture any traffic related to the ports etc...

If you want to capture the traffic on Ethernet port you need to do the span capture.
