I have some switches cat 1000 with version 15.2(7)E6 and none in the interface gui works the apply buttom, but the cancel buttom yes. It can being modified the features, but not applied to the device, is as is not exist. CLI mode is working ok.

I have this same problem on One of My Catalyst c2960x which i just upgraded the recommended firmware 15.2(7)E10
