cat 9300 spanning tree between siwtches

hello cisco 

what is best configuration of spanning tree on the following types of ports?

1 - access ports- dedicated/isloated VLAN  for iscsi traffic - should i disable ?

2 - trunk port - connected to other switches - should i disable ?

- For trunk ports don't disable spanning tree. For iscsi check the thread below :

I don't think u should disable spanning tree ever anywhere.

should i use
spanning-tree link-type point-to-point
spanning-tree portfast

or both for my trunk ports / ports connected to other switches.
