cat4510R+E RSA signature verification failure

Hi all,

I am getting the following error when I tried to downgrade the IOS on a cat4510R+E:

rommon 3 >boot bootflash:cat4500e-universalk9.SPA.03.04.01.SG.151-2.SG1.bin

Checking digital signature....

Verification FAILED for bootflash:/cat4500e-universalk9.SPA.03.04.01.SG.151-2.SG1.bin, REASON: RSA signature verification failure

This error message commonly means the IOS file being used is either corrupt or was NOT downloaded completely.  

My recommendation is to go back to the Cisco website and download the firmware again.   Once the download is complete, check the MD5 hash value of the firmware downloaded against the MD5 hash value found in the Cisco website.  Both must match.
