Cat9k hostname always changed to Switch every reload

PROBLEMS:
-every time reloaded the hostname changed to Switch from original hostname CAT9K

1. anyone encounter the same problem
do I need to upgrade to latest version?

Your config-register is telling the switch to ignore the startup config. If it’s stuck at 0x142, then ur probably hitting a bug.
