I have update the firmware of a Cisco Catalyst 2960S-48TS-L
from 12.2(58)SE2
to 15.0(2)SE1
and now the switch just keeps rebooting with error:
..done Initializing flashfs.
Checking for Bootloader upgrade..
Boot Loader upgrade not required (Stage 2)
%Software-forced reload

Well, the first error you are encountering is "Encryption self-test failed (Software self-integrity test)". If you have a problem with your software integrity, it is likely you had errors with copying the software onto the device. This could have occurred either on the line or in the flash.
Do you still have the old image in the flash, or did you delete it? If you still have it, I would boot that one up and try reloading the new software.

the old images is deleted during the update prozess because there is not enough space.

Did you find a solution to that problem. I have the same problem with upgrade of 3 switches. I think it has something to do with bootloader upgrade not working with switches with older hardware revision.
I have tried different IOS, IOS till 15.0(2)SE are working on every switch. 15.0(2)SE1 with FIPS support ist not working on switches with older Model revision.
The switches with booting in loop after upgrade has model revision: D0
The switches with working upgrade has model revision G0 or H0

Did you verify the md5 checksum after loading but before rebooting? If not I would download clean from Cisco, load the new image, verify the checksum and then reboot.

A word of advice: Avoid all IOS versions 12.2(58)SE, 15.0(1)SE and 15.0(2)SE. If you want a stable version, consider 12.2(55)SE6.
