Catalyst 3550 - All LED's blink constantly upon power up.

What does it mean?  is the switch fried?

Walked in yesterday morning, all led's were blinking consistently and constantly.  Power cycled, as soon as it's plugged back in, same thing.  Tried pressing the "mode" button to reset the switch; no result.

Any help is appreciated.

What does the status light show?

All  the interface LED's are fast flickering amber, all the status LEDs fast flicker either green or amber.  All LED's flicker at the same tempo.

Can't find any online resources to explain it.
