Hi !
Now I have on my 3560 :
ROM: Bootstrap program is C3560 boot loader
BOOTLDR: C3560 Boot Loader (C3560-HBOOT-M) Version 12.2(25r)SEE4, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
and
IOS Version 12.2(25)SEE2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
I'm going to upgrade my IOS to latest 12.2.(35)SE1 ... what should I do with bootloader ? where can I get the latest version ?

Hello tim
I dont think you need to upgrade your boot image here. If you read the release notes of the 12.2(35) SE, it gives you the following info:
"If you are upgrading a switch that is running a release earlier than Cisco IOS Release 12.1(19)EA1c, this release includes a bootloader upgrade. The bootloader can take up to 1 minute to upgrade and occurs the first time that the new software is loaded. Do not power cycle the switch during the bootloader upgrade."
Always have a look at the release notes before upgrading:
