Has anyone else come across this issue? I've ensured all the cables are secured, but it looks more like a "caveat/bug" to me. I'm not having any performance hits on this, but it's killing my syslog server. Switch shows all stack ports are up, ok and operating in full bandwidth. I rebooted the switch over the weekend, but to no avail. Error msg returned after an hour. I'm thinking about moving to c3750e-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE8.bin. Any thoughts on this one?
Currently running the following:

Before you upgrade to the new IOS version, open ticket with TAC and send them the logs. The may have other customers with the same issue and can recommend the right version to upgrade to.

I have the same issue and I am running almost the exact same ver as you. Mine only happen during certain times of the day periodically but they are starting to show a pattern - doesnt happen all day which I have had an actual cable issue - I am thinking a bug or the cable length..but im about to replace cables on side of caution
