Catalyst 9300 Web GUI No Configuration Tab

Hey,

we configured our new Catalyst Switch and I managed to get the Web GUI working.

But now we can only see the "Dashboard" and "Monitoring" tab.

We dont see the "Configuration" tabs.

The user that is logged in in the GUI has the privilege 15:
Here I am logged in with the same user via ssh:

#show privilege
Current privilege level is 15

Does anyone know how we can fix that?

Thanks for the help guys.

It really was an privilege issue.

I created the user with:

username userxyz password mypassword

And hat privilege 15 but It was only level 15 because I was on "enable".

I recreated the user new with:

username userxyz privilege 15 password mypassword

After a restart it worked.

             - Have a try (if not yet done) with a local user (not AAA/Radius based).

This is a user that I created via the:

username userxyz password mypassword

So it should be a local user right?
I am pretty new to Cisco Switches and Switch Configuration in general

- Yes , that is a local user , check logs when this user is using the GUI
with the CLI command : show logging. Use this command just after GUI login
and again when the GUI is being navigated.

Hi

We can see some discussion around it on the forum and outside. I did not find a solution based on the posts I've seen. I would start by removing HTTP and HTTPS config and reload the switch, adding the config again after switch is back. You may also create crypto keys.

This was also proposed solution with apparently not success but I do believe it is a start point. Rather than that I would consider another version for IOS.
